Course description

This online course is designed for anyone who wants to write fiction for children or teenagers. Whether it’s a picture book for the under-5s, an adventure for the 9-12 set, or an edgy contemporary YA novel, this course will help you develop ideas, characters, stories and viewpoints that will fit the age group and children’s fiction generally. Each module includes exercises to be sent on to the instructor. This is a 4-module course, and participants are expected to complete the course in 4-6 weeks.
