The Frances Browne Multilingual Poetry Competition offers prizes for poetry in three language categories: Irish Language; English Language and Ulster-Scots Language. To submit your entries visit https://www.francesbrowneliteraryfestival.com

All entries must be submitted by midnight on Friday 24th June 2022

Entry Fee and Payment Details

A fee of €5 (£4 sterling or $5) is required for each poem submitted. The judges’ shortlists will be announced in the Finn Valley Voice and online on Wednesday 17th August 2022. Winning entries will be announced and awarded during the prize-giving ceremony in Kee’s Hotel, Stranorlar, Co Donegal, on Friday 14th October 2022. Shortlisted competitors are invited to attend and read a selection of his/her work at the ceremony.
