Rose M Cullen was born in Dublin and currently lives in Manchester, England. Her varied career has included theatre, teaching and writing for stage and screen. In recent years she has written prose, both short form and novel. Short stories and flash fiction have been published and appeared in numerous anthologies. Her debut novel, The Lucky Country, a story of an Irish family’s emigration to Australia set in the 1960’s, was independently published in April 2021; it is available on kindle or in paperback. A series of historical crime novels and a literary folk horror are under consideration. Harlequin is Dead is currently shortlisted for the unpublished historical fiction prize at Aspects of History.
I am currently completing the first draft of a psychological suspense novel, Hunters Wood. I am also collating short stories and flash fiction for a number of anthologies.
