Beltarf, 1976. This is an Ulster where terrorism and sectarian conflict rage throughout its seven counties. Garrick Armstrong wants to take the fight back to the Gaels, but events are quickly set in motion which will see his world, his power, and ultimately, love, destroyed by the crushing forces of deceit, selfishness and greed.These are familiar shores, submerged beneath a blood-tide of self-destruction and religious violence. This is a story of those who have walked those shores. Counter-factual fiction set in a world wounded by colonialism and poisoned by religious intolerance.
