This week’s charts see a few new entries; we’ve got a new book from Joe Wicks (Joe’s Family Food: 100 Delicious, Easy Recipes to Enjoy Together) in at no. 14 and a new book by collaborators President Bill Clinton and James Patterson, The President’s Daughter at no. 6 in the Top 20 and no. 4 in Original Fiction. The Fiction charts also see new entries from Roisin Meaney with The Book Club at no. 9 in Original Fiction and After the Silence by Louise O’Neill at no. 9 in Mass Market Fiction.

This week’s featured book is the penultimate book in the Seven Sisters trilogy by Lucinda Riley, who very sadly died recently after a four-year battle with cancer. Jeremy Trevathan, MD of Pan Macmillan (adult division), expressed his sadness over the news and shared a memory of working with Lucinda, and Pan Macmillan have indicated that news on the final instalment of the Seven Sisters series will be coming soon. Our best wishes go to Lucinda’s family.

Here’s the blurb for The Missing Sister, followed by this week’s bestseller charts.

From the Sunday Times number one bestselling author Lucinda Riley, The Missing Sister is the seventh instalment in the multimillion-copy epic series The Seven Sisters.

They’ll search the world to find her.

‘I’ve loved the Seven Sisters from the get-go and this latest in the series is just as great as the rest . . . As ever there’s a brilliant historical subplot’ – Daily Mail

The six D’Aplièse sisters have each been on their own incredible journey to discover their heritage, but they still have one question left unanswered: who and where is the seventh sister?

They only have one clue – an image of a star-shaped emerald ring. The search to find the missing sister will take them across the globe – from New Zealand to Canada, England, France and Ireland – uniting them all in their mission to complete their family at last.

In doing so, they will slowly unearth a story of love, strength and sacrifice that began almost one hundred years ago, as other brave young women risk everything to change the world around them.
