Kitty is a little girl whose mum is a superhero! She knows that one day she will be too. When Figaro the cat comes to Kitty’s bedroom window to ask for help, Kitty needs to go on her very first night-time adventure, putting her own super-powers to use!

She meets felines Pixie, Katsumi, and Pumpkin, on her thrilling rescue mission. At first, she is nervous, but she won’t give up until her mission is complete.

I absolutely loved it. This short chapter book is so good. I enjoyed reading about these unique cats, especially the courageous Figaro, and their brave new friend Kitty.

The story is filled with lots of bold night-time pictures and it turned out to be even better than I imagined.

I would give it four out of five stars, and I’m looking forward to reading the next three books in the Kitty series.
