About No Alibis Press:

No Alibis Press launched in January 2018 with Gerard Brennan’s Disorder, a fast-paced, gritty and darkly funny novel that takes a satirical look at recreational rioting in Belfast. Adrian McKinty has praised Disorder’s ‘authentic street dialogue and surprising black humour’.

Ian Sansom’s December Stories I is the second publication from No Alibis Press. An antidote to the festive season, it is a collection of short stories, vignettes, axioms, meditations and literary curiosities relating to the most chaotic of months. Praise includes: “a gathering of wry, bizarre and eclectic Christmas narratives which will long outlast the troublesome season itself” (Damian Smyth, head of literature, Arts Council NI, writing in the Belfast Telegraph).
