Between The Lives is an absolutely amazing book. Brilliantly written and explained, and characters you can’t help loving! Sabine lives two lives. Every night at Midnight she shifts to her other life. In one she lives with her generous mother and two older brothers. Popular, pretty and a perfect boyfriend, everything is the way it should be. In her other life, she’s an older sister, rebel and has completely different friends and expectations. It’s not great, but it works, until she finds a glitch with her broken arm and as things start to get very dangerous, Sabine might just be able to choose. But in choosing a life, she could lose it all.

I loved this book so much, and although the main protagonist Sabine can get irritating at times, I found her character interesting and realistic. I really like the other characters like Ethen, Dex and Capri, who brought nice emotions and scenes into the book. The plot was very enjoyable and nice to read although it’s quite easy to figure out what’s going to happen. All in all it’s an excellent book which I highly recommend to teenagers!
