“Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.”

‘The Fault in Our Stars’ is actually one of the best books I have ever read. It is brilliantly written and the plot is carefully planned and executed. The book is about a girl called Hazel who makes friends with a boy named Augustus Waters through a cancer supPort group. Hazel recommends a book called ‘An Imperial Affliction’ to Augustus. Once he reads it he and Hazel decide they have to find out what happens at the end (because it stops mid-sentence.) Augustus plans to use his Cancer wish to fly to Amsterdam with Hazel to find the author of ‘An Imperial Affliction’ but then something happens and Hazel is back in hospital with medics draining her lungs. The book continues with plot twists and changes that will throw about your heart as though you are on a rollercoaster that never ends. I would recommend this book to anyone 13+. Please read this book. You will be glad you did.
